We are always available for our residents in the event of a maintenance emergency. When we are in the office we answer the phones ourselves and the voicemail system only picks up if no one is available by the third ring. Our digital telephone system features direct lines and "one number access" which enables you to reach our associates even when we are out of the office. We will respond to all calls received before 5:00 pm on the same business day and to all calls within 24 hours.
- Technology: We offer the latest computerized accounting, record keeping, and reporting systems, including state-of-the-art management software designed exclusively for leasing and property management companies. Our online management solution tracks trouble calls, tenant payment history, vendor performance and rental documentation. We also have our own in-house development team to ensure our systems are available 24/7. These resources ensure that we control expenses, pay invoices on time, account for all funds, and provide you with monthly reports promptly.
We strive to provide our clients with their monthly financial packets by the 15th of every month. Included in these packets are copies of the monthly balance sheet, Income-Expense Statement, General Ledger, Cash Disbursement Report, Reconciliation Report, Bank Statement and Monthly Homeowner Activity Report. Monthly financials can be mailed or sent electronically, whichever is preferred.
